Any expiring physicals during a season must be updated and turned into school to avoid missing practices or games. click on image below to register CLICK BELOW FOR UPDATED COVID INFO FOR SPORTS MHS Return to play after COVID-19 Student eligibility/school requirements for physicals: Per order of the MIAA, all students must have written proof of a valid physical examination signed by a physician prior to participation in High School/Middle School Athletics. A physical exam covers the student for 13 months from the exam date. A student’s eligibility will terminate once a physical has reached the 13 month limit. Interim notes are not acceptable.
